I have been waiting to do a birth story for some time now. I am so excited to say I finally had the chance to watch a little miracle enter the world. What an amazing experience that was. This was the first time I have ever witnessed such a thing. My own birth experiences were from c-sections so nothing like this. The emotion from the room when they pulled the baby out and said it’s a boy almost brought me to tears. I held it in though! Here are a few of my favorites from the day. Love getting to capture babies in their homes within the first few days of being home. It’s such a great experience for everyone and to be able to have those moments to treasure always. I truly enjoy it. This session was amazing and I loved being able to watch mom and dad interact with their brand new babe. Enjoy!!

Another great option to try is lifestyle/in home sessions. I love being invited into your home to capture you where you feel most comfortable. Getting to add details of baby’s nursery to make each session unique. Love how lifestyle session take on their own agenda as to how the flow of the photos will go.

Getting to meet little ones fresh out of the womb is one of my favorite things. I love when I get to go to the hospital and visit little one as mom and dad are just getting to know them and in such awe over what they have created. Best Job Ever!!!!

Love baby bump photos! There is just something so magical about a pregnant momma, the glow is radiant. They are always so in love with that person they haven’t met yet. Nothing beats that feeling and getting to capture it is amazing.

I love getting to go to the hospital and capture babies within the first 48 hours of birth. It’s always filled with so much happiness as parents have just welcomed their new little one and are full of love for this little baby. I hope to do more of these in the future!
