This family session was just a blast. I loved reliving the session while getting these photos together for this years fall family promos. My goal is to always make these sessions fun and give you photos you will love always. I want your images to represent you and your family embracing the love you have for one another. This little girl was a pleasure, she was awake on and off through out her session. I love the shots where they look right at me. Which if you know anything about babies you know this is not an easy task. Loved bringing in color for her session and I hope to bring in more through out the year.

Love, love, love!!! I’m so glad these guys took all my words to heart and brought a teddy bear to her session. Not only did it help this sweet little girl focus on something other than me trying to get smiles but it brought on all the genuine emotions I’m always trying to get.

Oh man, have you ever seen a more beautiful baby girl! The eye lashes the hair the perfect little face and chubby cheeks, she’s just perfect. I loved getting to work with her to photograph her at this time where she will never be again. It is always amazing that I get to photograph little babies at a time when they are the littlest they will ever be. I get to freeze time for a moment and parents get lasting memories of how tiny their baby actually was. I love it so!!!! This session I did some naturally posed shots, mixed with prop shots and a few macro shots of those tiny details. I can’t wait to incorporate more naturally posed shots into sessions. Letting baby take the lead on those!

I love getting to work with clients over the years. This little guy was on the move, just like every other little one I know! Love capturing them being who they are. My very favorite people of all to photograph, my kiddos. We went on vacation to Estes Park in Colorado and boy was it amazing. I’ve never been there and it is beautiful. The best place ever!!! I think we want to move there now. Here are some photos from RMNP along with some fun hotel ones. The light was just perfect right as they were getting to ready to go swimming and I made them stop and take photos. Mean mom am I!!!

This is one of the hardest ages for me to photograph. I admit it, I’m not good at it. I don’t know how to get them to relax or know how to pose them. That being said I think these photos turned out great. I suppose it might help that it’s my daughters bestie and my daughter was there also! I’m working on getting better at the older tween age kiddos!!!

I loved everything about this session. It’s always nice to photograph a long time friend and their family. This session was done at their amazing home, I asked her to come decorate my house! Besides the fact that her little man wasn’t feeling the best these are truly photos to last a lifetime. I was very nervous for this session though as mom is a photographer herself and just and all around amazing artist. I was very honored to be welcomed into their house to capture them being themselves and having fun as a family!
